Ophthalmology – Minor Eye Condition Service
Provides NHS Ophthalmology services via optometry practices based in the community (rather than a hospital). All clinics are supported by the latest high-technology systems and equipment and are run by highly qualified and skilled Optometrists.

Healthy Way Programme
The Healthy Way programme is run by A Better Medway, the health and wellbeing team at Medway Council. It is a free 12-week programme that will support you to adopt a healthier lifestyle. You will be given a pedometer to help monitor your steps and each week will cover different subjects including (among others) how to eat well, how to prevent diabetes and how to manage stress.
