Please telephone the surgery any time during working hours to make an appointment to see the Doctor or Nurse, Please note our phone lines are extremely busy between 8am to 9pm and 2.30pm to 3pm, if your call is not of an urgent nature please call outside of these times.

Please note the reception staff are members of the practice team and it has been agreed they should ask patients “why they need to be seen”. Reception staff are trained to ask certain questions in order to ensure that patients are signposted to the most appropriate medical health professional.
If you require an urgent appointment for a problem you feel will not wait until the next available routine appointment we will try to add you to the end of the current session if calling in the morning or the beginning of the afternoon session.
We are now able to offer pre-bookable appointments including evening and weekend appointments via the Medway Practices Alliance Primary Care Hubs, please call reception for details
