Spring Covid Campaign 2024

The Spring Covid Booster Vaccination campaign, running now until the end of June, will not be provided at our surgery site but instead will be available to book with Orchard Family Practice and Long Catlis Road Surgery, partner surgeries within the Rainham PCN.   This service is also available via participating pharmacies. Appointments will need to be booked through the National Booking Service which can be accessed via their website: Book, cancel or change a COVID-19 vaccination appointment – NHS (www.nhs.uk) or by calling 119. You can also use the online service to check for local walk-in vaccination centres (no appointment needed).

The NHS Health & Wellbeing bus is offering walk-ins, for eligible patients, on the following Fridays, 10am to 4pm at Dockside Outlet, Maritime Way, Chatham, ME4 3ED

May 3rd, 17th, 24th & 31st
June 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th

Eligibility

People aged 75 years and older (or who are turning 75 between April and June 2024)

Residents in care homes for older people

People aged 6 months and over with a weakened immune system

PLEASE DO NOT RING THE SURGERY TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT AS WE DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE NATIONAL BOOKING SERVICE
