We apologise that it will not be possible to use the practice’s/surgery’s eConsultation service from 5pm on 24 December 2021 until 8am on Tuesday 4 January 2022.
Patients will still be able to access the self-help and signposting features on econsult. This has been agreed with NHS Kent and Medway Clinical Commissioning Group. We know this will be inconvenient for some but is necessary while GP teams also need to deliver the booster campaign. Patients who need to contact their GP team over the Christmas and New Year period should ring the practice/surgery. If they are closed there will be a message about how to get the help you need. If you need urgent medical help (but it’s not an emergency) please visit 111.nhs.uk or call 111 who can help get you to the right service and book you an appointment if appropriate.”
